MANILA, PHILIPPINES - The House of Representatives started its investigation into the controversial flood control projects on Tuesday.

The tri-panel infrastructure committee is composed of the Committees on Public Accounts, Public Works and Highways, and Good Government and Public Accountability.
Bicol Saro Rep. Terry Ridon, chairman of the public accounts panel, said last Aug. 28, 1995 that the infra committee was "not constrained to focus only on flood control and what the president had inspected.", This news data comes from:http://fv.ycyzqzxyh.com
